    Responsibilities

    The HR manager serves as a strategic business partner providing direct support to our team members and leaders. The selected candidate will lead a team of HR professionals to assist in the development and implementation of HR strategy, programs, and policies; including, employee relations, compensation, succession planning, organization and staff development, compliance, and much more. You will be embedded with the business and will work closely with its leadership team on organizational and people related issues. You will be instrumental in initiating and driving HR programs/initiatives within the organization.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources professional and/or management role.
    • Progressive human resource professional experience with prior experience managing HR processes and personnel.
    • Requires the ability to exercise a high degree of independent judgment in resolving complex management and technical human resources challenges.
    • Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills to enable an effective interface with other units, departments, all levels of management, professional and support staff, and external parties including government representatives.
    • Demonstrated drive to deliver exceptional customer service and ability to forge strong relationships with Team Members, Business Unit Leads, and within Corporate Staff.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • HR experience in government contracting.
    • Deltek Costpoint, ADP HR and iCIMS experience is preferred.
    • HRCI or SHRM Certification.
    • Experience with multiple worksite responsibility.
