    i3 is currently seeking MC12 Aerial Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (A-ISR) Aerial Sensor Operator (ASO) Trainers at Fort Huachuca in Sierra Vista, AZ! The successful candidate will provide training instruction for the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (ICoE) MOS producing courses.

    Responsibilities

    • Apply advanced instructional methods and adult learning models to training during platform instruction, small group instruction, and individual instruction, mentorship, and coaching.
    • Provide research support to students during performance-based practical exercise planning and preparation time.
    • Trainers will be required to support training on nights, holidays, and weekends as dictated by the published training schedule.

    Qualifications

    • TS/SCI or Interim TS
    • Current experience related to current Military Intelligence (MI) doctrine, recent (draft) changes and fielding of the Army Field Manuals, Army Regulations and Department of Defense (DOD) Directives relating to Intelligence Operations
    • Experience working on the most recent automation tools-sets and systems applicable to Intelligence operations
    • Eight (8) years of experience as an ASO in Task Force ODIN, Project Liberty or similar A-ISR missions within the last 24 months
    • Logged at least 600 hours as an ASO crewmember on an A-ISR platform
    • Valid flight physical and be held to the same standards as Army Aviator Crewmembers, as well as AR 95-20, Contractor’s Flight and Ground Operations and AR 40-501, Standards of Medical Fitness
    • Completed at least 6 months of operational experience in a deployed environment
    • Experience operating both TORCH and ORION software
    • Experience in instructing students in the classroom and the Aircraft
    • Must have Honorable Discharge
