i3 is seeking a SEMA Instructor/Writer for our Special Equipment Mission Aircraft team at Ft. Huachuca to provide courseware development, management, and instruction.
Responsibilities
Provide services to support the conduct of training, using the ADDIE process, of multiple Training Support Packages (TSP) to support the overall strategy for SEMA.
Assist in the development of TSP for phase one of the execution plan for SEMA training for the SEMA Courses including lesson plans, instructional media [PowerPoint, identify blocks of instruction to be converted into Interactive Media Instruction (IMI), read-ahead packages, tests, etc.].
Upload SEMA course material into the TDC. Required materials include (but are not limited to) – lesson plans, presentations, and interactive multi-media instruction products as defined and directed by the government.
Required to provide competent, technical SEMA platform and Cockpit Procedural Trainer (CPT) instruction and train IAW the most current Aviator Qualification Course (AQC) Programs of Instruction (POIs) applicable Flight Training Guides (FTGs), current TTPs, duties and responsibilities pertinent to flight operations in support of A-ISR missions, ATM standards, airfield/unit SOP training in applicable Army Fixed Wing Aircraft, operations in support of onboard AGPOs utilizing onboard full-motion video (FMV) devices and other sensor equipment, MC-12 Spectrum of Operations, standard A-ISR operations, SEMA Spectrum of Operations, standard A-ISR operations, real and near time cross-cueing / tipping, dynamic re-tasking, ground unit targeting, target handover, activity report delivery, aircraft orientation, aircraft safety, ground forces commander support, personnel recovery, counter tactics, defensive systems and Joint Tactical Air Controller (JTAC) familiarity.
Qualifications
Must have a bachelors and 8 years experience (6 additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree).
Must have experience with SEMA aircraft as a pilot or sensor operator.
