This position will have multiple functions in support of the personnel and business offices for PEO Aviation Headquarters. This position will be responsible for personnel and business analysis and reporting for senior PEO Leadership. This position will also be responsible for start date tracking and in-processing of new hires and ensuring effective communication throughout headquarters.
Candidate must be highly organized, a quick learner, and thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid-telework environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI. Experience with HR systems a benefit.
Candidate must have experience implementing Enterprise solutions with a diverse organization.
