Overview

i3 is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a once in a lifetime opportunity to support development of unique MQ-9 Instructional Multimedia. The SMEs activities will be conducted primarily at Holloman Airforce Base, New Mexico and will result in a world class education for the United States Air Force. The SME will be in direct support of the Huntsville software development team and be responsible for customer expectation management, end-user requirements and mitigation of USG asset usage.

Responsibilities

The candidate will take direction from the Program Manager (PM) and provide on-site customer interaction, courseware translation and design documentation. The candidate will work directly with project leads, designers, and engineers in the support and creation of interactive mobile, web, augmented reality, virtual reality, desktop training systems, serious games, and distributed learning simulations. Candidate must be able to translate aviation terminology, procedure and operations for the Interactive Multi Media Instruction (IMI) development team for the creation of story boards.  Candidate responsibilities will include:

  • Write, interpret and analyze technical documentation related to the development and implementation of requirements.
  • Provide technical consulting support to working groups on MQ-9 Maintenance, training and Operator training.
  • Interacts and coordinates with Government customers.
  • Provide subject matter expert feedback on throughout the development process.
  • Negotiates with school house to create products with the most value to the end-user.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • 3-5 Years of experience as a MQ-9 Maintainer and Operator.
  • 3-5 Years of experience as Remote Piloted Air Craft (RPA) Instructor/Evaluator.
  • Associates Degree

Clearance:

  • SECRET or ability to obtain and maintain.
