i3 is seeking a Program and Financial Integrator in Hunstville AL to support an Army Staff office.


Candidate will support an Army Staff office providing financial analysis and expertise by utilizing the Army General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and the Comprehensive Cost and Requirements System (CCaRS).


The primary duties will be to research and resolve unmatched transactions (UMTs), unmatched disbursements (UMDs), and unliquidated obligations (ULOs). Candidate will also coordinate and maintain all Support Agreements (7600s) for the project office. They will provide government leadership and staff with queries, data drill downs, and analytical assessments necessary to make informed decisions as they apply to Army Air and Missile Defense systems.


  • Candidate must be a US citizen.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred and ideally this degree would be in the fields of Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
  • Individual should have proficient MS office product-line expertise as well as have knowledge of DoD Army Budget execution, financial management policies and processes as well as analyzing and implementing DoD budgetary regulations and policies.
  • The successful candidate will be highly organized, flexible and demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to meet time-sensitive tasks.
  • Candidate must be able to work with minimum guidance in addressing actions, and then use their own knowledge, ingenuity, innovation and experience to complete the product.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, people skills and enthusiasm are important, as well as the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a team environment.
  • Candidate must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance
