Overview

i3 is seeking a driven Software developer to help spearhead the development of an Integrated Field Hospital. These efforts will be in support of an initiative to upgrade and create long lasting infrastructure solutions with a vast variety of Information Technology Solutions.


Our i3 team is searching for a motivated individual experienced in developing code for Web Development and Android applications. You should possess excellent communications and analytical skills; knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs, i3 is looking for team members that have a strong understanding in programming fundamentals and troubleshooting skills. Additionally, knowledge in Visual Studio/ Visual Studio Code, Android Studio, or other major integrated development environment (IDE). Software Developers should be capable of learning new frameworks, languages, and development environments.


You will perform entry to mid-level development, test, analysis, and validation of software; quickly adapt to changing workloads, collaborate with your team and other business units to provide software solutions, following best practices ensuring a high-quality standard.

 

This position is located in Huntsville, AL.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Additional experience may substitute for degree.
  • 0+ years in Software Development or similar experience.
  • Knowledge of C#
  • Knowledge of Java
  • Knowledge of Python/Bash/Batch
  • Android Development knowledge or experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.

Preferred Experience:

  • .Net for Console & Web Development
  • Android Studio
  • MVVM Model-View-View-Model / MVC
  • ASP.net
  • Experience with Vanilla JavaScript, jQuery, or React
  • Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence experience
  • Kubernetes, Docker, Containerization Deployment
