Overview

i3 is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts & Administration Specialist to join our team. This role provides agreement review, negotiation, and administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with excellent organizational and communication skills who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Contract Review & Administration:

  • Review, draft, edit, and redline a variety of agreements including consultant agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and teaming agreements.
  • Maintain and update agreement records, templates, status reports, and other contractual documentation.
  • Support internal teams with contractual needs and use of contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
  • Manage contract workflows and ensure timely processing to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and escalate contract-related issues when appropriate.
  • Complete special projects and provide contract support as assigned.

Compliance & Administration:

  • Support company ethics, corporate compliance, and privacy functions as needed.
  • Assist with the development of contract processes and provide training or guidance to internal teams when applicable.
  • Review contract folders to ensure compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of contract review and administration experience required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of contract/agreement negotiation experience required.
  • Paralegal experience or certification preferred, but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain contract terms and compliance requirements clearly.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Deltek Costpoint, contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, or other contract management tools preferred.
  • Ability to identify and resolve contract issues efficiently.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Regular i3 hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, however, additional hours may be required on occasion. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
