Overview

i3 is seeking a Program Integrator to support the Integrated Fires Directorate (IF-D).

Responsibilities

  • The Program Integrator responsible for ensuring the successful integration of multiple programs, systems, and stakeholders to achieve strategic and operational objectives
  • Requires a deep understanding of program management principles, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration and coordination among various teams and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement integration plans to align multiple programs, systems, and stakeholders
  • Identify and document stakeholder needs, expectations, and concerns in a stakeholder management matrix/plan
  • Provide input to program teams on programmatic integration-related matters
  • Identify, assess, and recommend mitigations or capture plans for integrated related risks/opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination amongst product teams, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Develop, measure, analyze, and improve processes and procedures related to Integrated Fires program integration
  • Document and present integration-related plans, status, outcomes in professional reports and presentation materials
  • Capture lessons learned and support know1edge management efforts across the Integrated Fires program integration space

Qualifications

Required Experience/Skills

  • Active DoD Secret security clearance and the ability to maintain the clearance is required
  • Master’s degree and 10 years’ experience in a relevant field; Bachelor’s degree and 18 years’ experience in a relevant field  or or 22 years' relevant experience with no degree. Relevant experience is considered engineering, project management, business, etc.
  •  Proven experience in program management, specifically in the defense industry with a focus on missile defense systems
  • DAWIA Program Management and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience with DoD/Army, defense industry and related stakeholders
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies in missile defense
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, policies, and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Regular i3 hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, however, additional hours may be required on occasion. Regular and punctual attendance is require
